Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel your digital marketing services at any time by providing written notice to us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Because of the nature of digital marketing and creative services, work that has already been completed and delivered is generally non-refundable.

3. Upfront Payments

If an upfront payment was made for a project that is canceled before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. If work has partially commenced, a pro-rated refund may be provided minus the cost of the work completed.
