By accessing or using the Lesi Life website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

Lesi Life provides digital marketing services, including AI advertisements, social media ads, business promotions, and video editing. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreements. We accept payments via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, eZ Cash, mCash, Genie, Bank Transfer) and other agreed-upon methods. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and creative works produced by Lesi Life remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the materials as specified in the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lesi Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
